Payment should be made when ordering and items will not be posted out until payment has been received.

I aim to ship within 3 working days. Your purchase will be sent by first class signed for post which should arrive in 1 to 2 days in the U.K. For all other countries I post Airmail Tracked. Delivery should take 3 to 7 days for Europe from posting and 5 to 14 days everywhere else although some countries may take longer. I always obtain proof of posting. Shipping does not include insurance.
Some items of larger value may be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK) or Royal Mail International Airmail Tracked, both of which include insurance, tracking and confirmation of delivery. Please check individual listings for details.

Any import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. The Steampunk Corporation cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.
